I know what you are talking about.

Those same guys make it too dangerous to swim at night anymore.

You might as well focus on enjoying your boat trip.

If you get mad, you might fall out of your boat and get injured, or worse, cause one of your passengers to be injured.

That guy you saw is assuming a lot of liability by his behavior; let him take that risk and keep yourself alert and safe.

I've always wondered if the DNR would follow up on this kind of report... Perhaps I'll give it a try sometime..
